The last month, or so, has been quite hectic, but now that we have finally settled in, in our new apartment, I have time to start on my next project(s). The month of June was quite busy for me. My SO and I came across an apartment we really liked in late May, and decided to bid on it. Fortunately, we got it, but that meant we had to sell the one we lived in. We were told that it would be best to sell it before the vacation started, so that meant preparing it for sale.
